We are not a housing service, motel
a Bed & Breakfast, hotel, nor an agency.

People see the website and assume we are some kind of rental company. We are not. We're just a group of people that have room available or coming available in our house. We know how to use technology, and use it to describe where we live.

It saves us time. We are able to spend a little more time up front making flyers, maps, emails, and normal responses so that we don't have to explain and rewrite the same things over again and over again.

It saves you time. We hope that our description, pictures, video, and terms are done well enough that you can make your decision.

We are looking for people to take a room for a long term, however sometimes we allow short lets. The best option for you is to call or completely fill out the form on the main page with the dates that you would like to stay. We reply to everyone, but people who complete the form get first priority. We have friends in London and they sometimes may have a room for you to stay as well. If you see that there is no availability with us, send a note anyway. If we know that one of our friends has a room, we will certainly refer them to you.

We respect the privacy of the people in the house so that we do not make their "bio's" publicly available on this site however we will discuss that more if you're serious about joining us.  Contact us here

There are probably many arguments why you would use a real estate service instead of doing it yourself. Most people just don't have the time.

It seems like an expensive proposition to us.
